A life coaching contract starts with a minimum of four sessions that last one hour for each session. Usually they take place once per week, although in certain circumstances by agreement more regular sessions are helpful.

There is no obligation to continue with life coaching once the four sessions are completed, as the number of sessions depends on the issues being coached. Often the client is empowered to go on without any need for further coaching. Our total aim is  ‘Coaching for Success’.

During each life coaching session the coach and client determine achievable and challenging life goals for the client to take away, based on the information provided, and the opportunities that have arisen through coaching.
